About SATX Notary
SATX Notary is run by a Texas-commissioned notary based in North San Antonio.
Commissions
The notary holds a Texas notary public commission and a Texas online notary public commission, both issued by the Texas Secretary of State.
How the service runs
In person, the notary meets you by appointment in San Antonio and nearby, at your home, your office, or another place we agree on. Every visit is booked online.
Online notarization through notarizetexas.io is coming soon. The same notary will serve signers anywhere in Texas.
What a notary cannot do
A notary is not an attorney, cannot give legal advice, and cannot choose the notarial act or certificate for you. If you are unsure what your document needs, ask whoever requested it.
