Every visit is booked online and cancelled online, on its appointment page. Email is for questions.
Cancelling an appointment
A visit is cancelled only on its appointment page, from the link in your confirmation email. An email does not cancel a visit. If you cannot find your appointment link, email us and we will resend it. Resending the link does not cancel the visit. See the cancellation policy.
What to include in a question
- What the document is, and the notarial act if the person who asked for it told you (for example, an acknowledgment or a jurat).
- How many people sign, and whether your document calls for witnesses.
- For a booked appointment, its date and time in Central time.
Please do not send identification images, identification numbers, or your Social Security number. We never need them; the notary looks at the identification in person at the visit.
